Terms and Conditions of Library Card Usage

By registering you confirm that:

• You do not already have an InfoSoup library card
• The information provided is accurate and complete
• You will visit the library within 30 days to present a valid ID and proof of address for a permanent library card
• You will immediately notify the library if your address or contact information changes
• Responsibility for children’s use of library materials rests with their parents or guardians
• The library card is non-transferable

You accept responsibility for the use of this library card including:

• Return of all materials checked out to this card, including materials checked out by others, unless your card has been reported as lost or stolen prior to the checkouts in question
• Payment of fees incurred for overdue, lost or damaged materials
• Promptly reporting lost or stolen library cards
• A fee may be charged for a replacement card
• Following all library policies
